Very friendly and our dog seems to enjoy her time there, but their costs have really gone up since we first started using them.
I have my Dog Gibby groomed by Liz at Central Bark! (Liz is fabulous and everyone is so nice there, that when it came time to board Gibby it was of course Central Bark!) I was extremely nervous because I normally have someone come to my house, however I am having new floors put in so that was not an option. I had a ton of questions, they took their time answering them. I was told that several people had cameras to watch him overnight, so that really calmed my nerves. Our puppy Luna loves Central Bark and can’t wait to go in when we take her. The staff will send pictures of Luna playing during the day and she’s always very tired when we pick her up at the end of the day.
